Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Utility Closet, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 7-day return, exchange and refund policy. Below is our policy:
Returns:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
- Upon receipt of the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition.
- If the item(s) meet our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
- Sale items cannot be returned only exchanged if any size issue
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, you may do so within 7 days of the delivery date.
- we can only once exchange or return a particular product.

- Brand Name Utility Closet reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund if the item(s) do not meet our return criteria.
- In some cases, Shipping for Exchange/Return/Refund is chargeable.
- All Indian orders are dispatched with Delihvery and is 100% trackable.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will provide a replacement or refund.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used items such as toiletries or personal care items.
- Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
